- The page you were on, ideally the full address from your browser.
- What you expected to see and what you saw instead.
- For a calculator problem, the values you entered.
- For a player lookup problem, the player name you searched.
A screenshot helps if something looks broken on your phone or browser.
What we can and cannot help with
We are happy to hear about wrong game facts, outdated guides, prices that look off, layout problems and ideas for new tools.
We cannot help with game accounts, bans, payments or membership. Those go to Jagex through the official support site, since OSRS Math is a fan site with no access to anything inside the game.
